Session 4: The OMOP CDM and Cohort Definitions

Building cohort logic, inspecting JSON/SQL definitions, and diagnostics intuition.

Session 5: Introduction to Strategus

Designing and executing study pipelines with analysis specifications and execution settings.

Session 6: Strategus Recap + GiBleed Demo

Brief recap of Strategus foundations, then a concrete demo using Eunomia GiBleed.

Session 7: Population-Level Estimation with CohortMethod

Propensity scores, the CohortMethodModule, and diagnostics for comparative cohort studies.

Session 8: Reproducibility, Reporting, and Diagnostics

renv demo projects, Strategus results review, SCCS positioning, and prespecified failure rules.
